Please send a $100 non-refundable puppy deposit to
our mailing address (3812 -23rd Street, Lubbock, Texas 79410)
to hold a puppy exclusively for you from a current or upcoming litter.
You may apply this deposit to the balance of the puppy's total cost.
 
We cannot offer any guarantee concerning the coat color of the puppies until they are born. Please be aware that eye color is not permanent until 6 weeks of age or more. It is our experience that blue-eyed pups usually are sold or chosen first. There are many qualities more important in the make up of a top Catahoula puppy than eye color, but if a blue-eyed dog is your preference, it is essential for Rancho Santiago to receive your non-refundable puppy deposit as soon as possible. Please send us a letter by snail mail or email stating which sex you prefer, color preferences, and eye color preferences you may have with your deposit. After receipt of your deposit, you will receive a confirming receipt or email.
 
If a litter has not yet been bred, we will keep your name on the puppy list in the order of the date the deposit is received. Rancho Santiago will inform you as soon as the litter is bred so you will have an estimate of when to expect your pup. The gestation period is usually 60 to 63 days. You will receive an email as soon as the litter is born. Deposits will not be accepted when we cannot reasonably provide the pup you seek or when an entire litter is sold out or has been previously reserved.
 
Please understand that all puppy deposits are non-refundable. You may apply this deposit to the balance of your puppy cost at the time of pick-up or transfer the $100.00 deposit to a later Rancho Santiago Catahoula project litter if you do not find a pup that you like from the present litter. Any deposit is good only for two calendar years from the date of your original deposit.
Puppy Prices:
Puppy prices vary with the age of the puppy. Our price for a registered 8 week old weaned puppy with all of its shots, dewormed and ready to come home with you is $450.00. A grade or non-papered full blood Catahoula puppy is $400.00.
