Chief is a sorrel john mule with great appaloosa color sporting a wonderful distinctive large square star on his forehead, white patches on his rump, white nose, stripped hoofs, and a touch of white around his wide set intelligent calm eyes. Chief is beginning to roan out with white hairs coming in all over his body so we expect him to develop a lot more white color on his sorrel base coat.. Durango is a beautiful seal brown color (rare color) with a distinctive cotton white ring around his dark brown eyes. He also shows signs of turning grey.
