RANCHO SANTIAGO'S KATY

Anthony Chavez is a professional hunter, guide, & "mule man" in New Mexico. He looked at many mules over the months and years seeking the just right safe talented mule for his wife, Laurie.  

It did not take Anthony and Lori long to recognize that Rancho Santiago's Katy was the mule for them.

It is rare that Dr. Jim calls a person a real "mule man", but Anthony earned Jim's respect quickly. Anthony professionally guides hunts off of mules and has years of mule riding experience to gain his deep understanding about how a mule thinks.  

Anthony & Laurie easily put Katy through the paces to test if this mule fit his special lady, Laurie.

It is truly a gift to meet the Chavez's.  It is a rare experience indeed to meet really good people that we became friends with in a sort time.  They are our kind of people.
