Clyde has the best head we have ever seen in the Catahoula breed ... just our opinion ... and that is the consensus of several other long time Catahoula breeders.
Clyde's color of black saddle back and brindle compliments his fine conformation and amber eyes. However, Dr. Jim says"a good responsive well trained go get 'um hunting dog is never a bad color!"

Dr. Jim was elated to find the out-cross bloodlines we were seeking to enhance our breeding operation in our new 3 year old Catahoula dog, "Clyde". We will be able to breed Bosco's daughters to Clyde and Clyde will breed Bosco's females. Clyde's superior breeding is exciting in that it will provide a chance for truly Super Dogs.

Clyde is our "rig" dog that scents hogs while riding on the top of the truck. Clyde alerts us to the hogs, trails to the wild hogs, while leading our other dogs. Clyde bays a boar and will hold a hog to stop it from running
He is great eager hunter that loves to get it on with wild pigs. Clyde won't quit or back down because he is tough to the core, very athletic and smart.
Clyde is very friendly and loving with people he knows and he is standoffish & alert with strangers. Clyde is a good family guard for Dr. Jim and Maria.

It is almost too weird to mention ... Clyde is riding on the top and Bonnie is standing on the tail gate. "Bonnie & Clyde" what a funny accident of names. Can you tell these dogs are hot and exhausted from a morning of successful hog hunting ... their posture is also tired?

Clyde herds and works cattle. It is also a huge bonus that Clyde is a home protection dog that guards our family ... SUPER CLYDE! to us.
